             Q. How long have you been on selling on eBay?

             A. We have been buying and selling on eBay for 7 Years

                Q.  I've not bought from you before, how reliable are you?

                A.  As an eBay Business Seller, we have to reach certain criteria as 

                      required by eBay.  However, we do have 100% Feedback,  so you

                      can buy from us with confidence.

               Q.  I want to order  several items at once, but one of the items has           

                     a postal charge, and the others don't, how much would the

                     postage be?               

               A.  The postage would only be charged for the heavier item, as listed in

                      the description. We will put all your items in the same package for

                      no extra charge.

              Q.  I've ordered two items that both have postal charges, do you combine

                    postage?

              A.  Yes, certainly, this should be done automatically, or wait for the invoice

                     from us that will show reduced postage.

              Q. It's taking me a while to decide what I would like to buy from you, but I

                   have already bought a BIN item, how long do I have to choose other

                   items to be delivered in same package?

               A. We understand that it can take a while to look through all our items, so

                    we give you  up to 3 days to decide what else you would like to buy 

                   after your first BIN purchase that you would like put into the same

                   package.   Just let us know you if you are doing so.

                Q.  My item has not arrived after 7 working days, what should I do?

                A.  Refer to our terms and conditions page.

               Q. Can I have my item delivered to another address other then mine?

               A. Certainly, as long as we have your verified Paypal address, we can

                    send your items to any UK address.  This is useful if you want your

                    items delivered to your works address or friends or family. 

                    Especially if you don't want the person who you are giving the card     

                    to too see it come through their letterbox before you've written it!

                    You can either email us to tell us where you want your items sent too,

                     or put the address in the message section of your paypal                   

                     payment invoice.

               Q. Do you deliver Overseas?

               A. Yes, for Europe, USA and Canada, please allow 14 

                    days for your item(s) to arrive.   

                    For other Worldwide destinations, please allow 21 days for your

                    item(s) to arrive.   

                    (We've send items to places as far away as Fiji islands  etc.  

                    However,

                   for the more  remote places, you should allow 28 days for delivery!)
