We at Gracious Girl operate "no qualms" return policy, which we have put together to manage situations that are beyond our control. Some examples are human error or size variations between manufacturers. Our aim is to provide excellent customer experience.
In case you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please simply return the item(s) within 7 days of the receipt of goods in their original condition. That is, with Tag and free from the smell of Perfume, Detergent, Smoke, or Alchohol. We will try to provide you with a full refund of the price you paid for the items upon the reciept of your returned items. We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made. We will not refund the postage you paid. Alternatively, we will be able to exchange the items for another size or colour if you change your mind later.
Please be advised that you are responsible for the item(s) until they are received by us. We suggest that you return your items using a delivery service that insures you for the price of the goods. You are also required to pay for the postage.
Unless you use the Next Day special delivery method, the standard delivery might take up to 5 working days to reach us. Kindly note that your refund will be processed only after we receive the goods from you.
When you return items, please enclose the duly filled in "Return Form", available on the reverse of your invoice, along with the items. Please use the address that is available on the Return Form.

We strongly advise you to refrain from wearing perfume or deodarant while trying on items of clothing. Use of perfume or deodorant would obviously leave a strong smell or marks on the items and thus making them unfit for selling to the next customers. We will not accept any items with evidence that the above advice is not followed or the item is soiled.
We attach more importance to the quality of our goods. In rare occasions, if you receive the faulty or wrong good(s), please contact customers service (via Ebay or email@example.com) to provide us with your order number, name, address, nature of fault and whether you would like a return or a replacement. If you want to return the faulty item(s) and if we find that the item(s) is/are indeed faulty upon the receipt, we will refund the price and postage you paid for the items. On the other hand, if you want a replacement we will be very happy to replace faulty item(s) with good quality item(s) and we will not refund any money to you.
If your original order was given a discount, the refund amount will not include the discount but will be equal to what you actually paid.
European Union - 7 Days Cooling Off Period
We comply with the EU Distance Selling Regulations. This means that EU customers can change their mind within seven working days (beginning from the day of the receipt of the order) to cancel their order. If your goods are not already dispatched, we will cancel your order and will refund the money in full. If your order has already been dispatched, you are required to send the cancelled items to us at your cost and we will then refund the money to you in full.
We will refund the postage on two occasions: One, if you are sent wrong (unfit for your purpose) or faulty good(s) (unsatisfactory quality) that you are returning. Please note that we will not be able to refund your postage if you have received the faulty good(s) along with other items that you are not returning. Second, if you are an EU customer excercising your Distance Selling right of cacelling your order.
