The stock certificate sent was not the one pictured in ad. Equivalent stock certificate sent but not the one advertised. Ad did not say there would be substitution. Reason for purchase was for Eaton name on certificate. The same certificate shown in original ad was put up for auction later. Contacted seller 2x w no response. Seller does not accept return. I did not realize this meant if wrong one sent I had no recourse. However, the item was shipped promptly even if wrong - packed well.
