Returns / Exchange

RETURNS

If for some reason you need to return your purchased goods, please follow the instructions below. Failure to do so may result in us being delayed / unable to refund you quickly and without fuss.

In all cases, you must notify us within 7 days from purchase and all returns must be received by us within 14 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in NO REFUND being given and any items received, will be returned to you.

PLEASE NOTE  There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this unless we have prior agreed this with you, or our shop is temporally closed for Maintenance or Holidays.

Please Note: - 
Exchanges or Refunds on "AUCTION" and "BEST OFFER" items are at our discretion and not always accepted. Due to additional costs incurred, they will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

"BUY IT NOW" Items; - All returned items are subject to, at our discretion, a 10% re-stocking fee.

This Fee will be deducted from the purchase price of the returned goods.

1. Please email us to lisa@glamourpussonline.com to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. You also need to confirm your Name, eBay ID, the eBay Item Number and a brief description of your reasons. Please also state whether you require a Refund or Exchange.

2. Once we have sent you the Returns Authorisation Number, please return your goods to our Administration Office including all the details that were mentioned above.

All items returned must received in a Resaleable Condition. This means that the packaging must not be ripped or damaged, and the item must show no obvious signs of wear, i.e.; no make up / tan stains / smoke smells / pet smells etc. Should we not be fully happy with the condition the item is returned, we reserve the right to ask for further explanation, OR refuse to refund your money and will return the item to you.

Important - Some costumes include attached accessories that are sealed in separate bags/ packaging. DO NOT open these items until you are happy that the costume fits. Failure to do so means that the costume is NOT RESALEABLE and NO REFUND / EXCHANGE will be given.

Once the item has been received and has been inspected, we will process your refund within 24 hours. Please note that we do not refund any postage costs unless we are at fault in sending the incorrect goods or the goods are found to be faulty.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you choose the appropriate postal service for your returns, and understand that a proof of postage is not a proof of delivery.

EXCHANGES

Should you wish to Exchange your item, NO PROBLEM.

In the first instance, please follow the instruction stated above and include details of the item that you wish us to send to you.

Due to us keeping our prices low & competitive, we do charge an additional postage fee for the Exchange item being sent to you. This small cost needs to be received prior to the exchange item being despatched to you. It can be easily sent to us via PayPal. Details will be given as required.

Should you find that you need the replacement item immediately and are unable to wait for us to receive and inspect your returned item, NO PROBLEM. Just use the BUY IT NOW on the item you require and checkout and pay in the normal manner. Your item will them be despatched immediately to you and we will process the refund on the returned item once it has been received.
