We would like to thank you for taking time to read these Terms & Conditions, they help to ensure that you have a great experience when buying products from Pony-Mad. In placing an order with Pony-Mad you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. A contract between Pony-Mad and the customer for the sale of products shall only exist when the order has been accepted by Pony-Mad, then subsequently processed and made ready for dispatch.

Pony-Mad guarantee that all goods offered and sold are as described on our website.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information that you supply to Pony-Mad is correct.

Orders, Pricing & Payments

Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the Website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary. Our site uses one of the most secure methods of credit card payment processing available through Paypal. Your card details are entered directly onto Paypal’s secure server and details are never held by us.

We accept payment by credit & debit card, payment through Paypal or payment by cheque. (Items will only be shipped once the cheque has cleared). Overseas buyers please note that payment must be made by Paypal. 

All orders must be paid for in full before they can be shipped, this includes any item that is put on backorder for you because it is out of stock. Payment on order is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order. If an item is not in stock we will advise you, within 24 hours, as to when we expect delivery and send it to you as soon as we can. If there is a further delay, we will notify you in writing and ask you whether you would still like the item(s) to be sent to you. We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one delivery. Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract and refund the purchase price.

All products contain VAT in the pricing where applicable and this is at the current rate

Postage & Packing

The prices you see on the website do not include delivery or shipping costs(unless otherwise stated). This will be calculated during the checkout process before payment is taken We can deliver your purchase worldwide. If your country does not appear as a choice of delivery option, this means that we will have to provide a courier quote prior to dispatch. Please contact us by email for a quote.

Delivery

Orders are usually despatched within 1-2 working days (excluding all personalised products). At peak times, especially Christmas, this could be slightly longer – please email us for up-to-date information.
Next working day delivery is available in most cases and can be selected as a postage option when making a purchase. To place a next working day delivery, the order must be received by 12 noon.

Damaged, Faulty and Unwanted Goods

Please check the condition of your parcel immediately on delivery. In the event that goods are missing, damaged or faulty on arrival or if the Goods do not comply with any of the Contract please inform us within 48 Hours of delivery. Please do not use any such items or it will be deemed that you have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Faulty products will be inspected on return. If we find the goods to be defective, we will exchange product or refund the purchase cost of the goods and postage to you.

Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund. Please return your purchase within 14 days of receipt in it original unopened undamged packaging. The postage and packaging charge is not refundable. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we strongly recommend that you send it by recorded post in a padded envelope or similar. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused.

General Information

Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately; however, slight variations may occur. Images shown on our website may have slight colour differences to the actual goods you receive due to the display discrepancies inherent in different computer monitors

When you visit or use the web site or any web site linked to it, Pony-Mad shall not be liable for any:
1. Loss or damage occasioned to you, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or otherwise howsoever sustained; and/or
2. Failure in performance, viruses, line failure or the like. No warranties are provided nor representations made that your visit to or use of the web site will be uninterrupted or free from defects or viruses
