Delivery Information

UK Customers
All items listed are specified for delivery within the United Kingdom only.

Method of Delivery
Complete alarm systems are delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a next day service from the date of dispatch. However, please do not assume that your order will be delivered the next working day as we have to process, configure and test each alarm system prior to dispatch.

Smaller items such as accessories are send via First Class Signed For or Special Deliver at our discretion

Collections
Due to security reasons we do not allow personal collections from our warehouse.

Delivery Times
Under normal circumstances orders are processed and delivered within 1 - 3 working days. However please allow up to 7 days from the time of ordering for delivery. If you have a valid reason for an urgent delivery please feel free to contact us and we will endevour to proritise your order.

Overseas Customers
Please contact before you consider placing an order for overseas compatibility and delivery charges. We can deliver overseas if compatibility is suitable but we will have to obtain a delivery quotation prior to your bid or order being placed.

Delivery Charges
Alarm systems are very heavy and very valuable and therefore we only use reputable delivery methods such as Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK Customers and UPS/TNT for international customers. As a result our costs are considerably higher and unfortunately this is reflected in our postage price. We are sure you will agree it is worth paying a little more for delivery to ensure your order arrives on time and in satisfactory condition.

UK Customers and Overseas Customers
We accept payment via PayPal only.

Credit and Debit Card Payments by Phone
In an effort to offer a more convenient shopping experience, we accept of all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards by telephone for orders over £100.

If you wish to pay by this method please send us a message after you have placed your order with the following information:

  • Daytime Contact Telephone Number
  • Evening Contact Telephone Number

A member of our Customer Services Team will telephone you within 24 hours to obtain your payment details over the telephone and instantly process the payment. Once this has been completed you will receive an email via eBay confirming receipt of payment and we will then process your order as normal.
