Shipping terms

We aim to process all orders same day if payment is received before 12:00 pm. Each listing will specify an estimated delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We deliver to the UK main land only. We DO NOT deliver to KW, BT, IV postcodes and certain areas in Scotland like Highlands, Isles, Outlying areas & Central Scotland may not be covered.

All Large Goods deliver to ground floor only (Flats or Home), If you wish to have the goods delivered inside your premises (ground floor only), it will be at the drivers discretion and judgement to use stairs, this will however be at the customer's own risk and we shall not be liable for any damages that may occur to goods or your property.

Please provide a contact number when placing an order as we may need to contact you regarding delivery or the courier company may need to contact you if they have difficulty delivering.

Returns

If for any reason you change your mind once receiving the goods they must be returned within seven days of receiving goods, in the original packing. The Product must be unopened, unused, and sent back signed delivery to ensure delivery.

Faulty items

If you receive the item faulty you must inform us and return the item within seven days of receiving goods, in the original packing. Full refund will be issued once goods are returned and received and inspected by our service team and confirmed faulty.

If the fault develops after 7 days but within the 3 month warranty (or longer if stated) please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or replace or refund it once the original product has been returned to GBR Electronics team for inspection.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost back to us on all returns unless the goods received are faulty, received within seven working days. No postage refund given after seven days.

You must keep all packaging till warranty period in case you want to return the item. Without the packaging we cannot take the goods back.

Damaged Items

If the item received is damaged in transit, you must inform us within 48 hours, after 48 hours no damage claims are accepted. As a buyer it is your responsibility to inspect all Goods delivered.

We only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. Buyer must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
