||If you are in any way unsatisfied with the product you receive you have the right to return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.The customer is wholly responsible for the cost of returning the product.
FAULTY ITEM POLICY - If you believe the item to be faulty please contact us by email in the first instance, if we are unable to resolve the problem we will ask for the product to be returned. If the item is found to be faulty, a replacement will be offered where available or a full refund will be given.
LOST ITEMS - In the rare circumstance that an item is lost by the postal service, we will initiatally start a claim procedure with the postal service provider. As part of the procedure they will do a local search for the item and if found it will be redelived, if not a full refund will be issued..
