As we sell items on a number of sites items listed may be out of stock and you may have to wait 1 to 3 working days for us to re order in the event that this is the case you will receive an email to advise you of this.

Returns

We accept any item back within 7 working days of the date of delivery as long as the item is still in the same condition the customer received it in for a refund less the cost of sending the item to you please contact karl@gamesbite.com for further information.

In the event that your item is faulty we offer an exchange policy on this item all you have to do is return the item to our returns address shown below along with the fault you encountered and your ebay user id and item number and we will have a replacement sent out to you as soon as one is available.

All our products sold new have 12 months manufactures warranty with them for the first 28 days you are able to send the item back to us for repair or replacement after the 28 day have passed you will need to send the item back direct to the manufacture to repair or replace for you we will however be able to assist with contact information for you please email jax@gamesbite.com for further information on this.
