GAMZTAST1C Most of our products are used items but we do also have some new products. All of our items have been subjected to thorough testing prior to sale. It is important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with their orders and therefore we do our very best to describe the items as accurately as possible and in most cases the picture you see in the auction is of the actual item you will receive. We mainly sell PS3, PS2, Xbox 360 & Wii games consoles, games & accessories.

We are based in the Salisbury Plain area just off of the A303 Near Stonehange. Collections are welcome.

Delivery Policy

All items are held in stock and are ready for immediate despatch. The majority of our items are sent via Royal Mail First Class mail unless the order exceeds £36 in which case it will be sent recorded delivery or parcelforce depending on size and weight.

In most cases we only except orders within UK mainland. However if you are interested in ordering from us please contact us and we can offer a price to deliver items to areas such as Northern Ireland, Highlands & Europe.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail 1st Class normally take 1 - 2 days. We, however, cannot be held responsible for delivery times , as this is an estimate provided by Royal Mail for their 1st class service. In the unlikely event of a lost item, please contact us if the item has not been received within 15 Working days of receiving your 'order dispatched' email ( Royal Mail will not accept claims for lost items for 15 days from the date of dispatch). We will then give the option of a replacement or refund.

Parcelforce Orders – These are sent on their 24 hour service and are expected to be delivered within 24 hours from the time of collection. In most cases - Any orders received before 19.00 hours Sunday-Thursday will be collected from us the following day and delivered to you within 24 hours.

Please Note : We endeavour to process any order within 24 hours – However any items received between 12.00PM and 8.00AM will be despatched the same day – Otherwise orders will be despatched the next working day (in most cases)

Returns Policy

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price ( less p&p cost ) within 14 days of receipt.

Please Note. Items must be returned in their original condition and complete with all original packaging and accessories. If you require an exchange there will be no additional postage charge.

Before returning any item, please email first and obtain proof of postage, so that you can claim if the item should be lost in the post.

Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except where a faulty or incorrect item has been supplied.

Feedback

Once your item arrives in satisfactory condition, please leave feedback for us so that we know you are fully satisfied. Once this has been done our ebay is automatically set up to leave you feedback too.

Seller Ratings

When leaving your seller ratings for despatch time please do bear in mind that this is the time it takes for us to send the item after you have paid. Please do not mark us down if the item is delayed in the royal mail system as we do the best to get your orders to you promptly by despatching within 24 ours of receiving payment and any delays are out of our control.
