We are a family run business and we put Range Rover owners and enthusiasts at the heart of everything we do. Whilst we do not want to baffle our customers with lots of small print, we feel that it is important that you have the opportunity to read about our policies, terms and conditions before you commit to buy.
Our 'Best Price' Guarantee
We check our prices against our competitors on a daily basis to ensure that we are never knowingly undersold. Our price guarantee gives you the opportunity to check our prices against other Ebay sellers. If you find a part cheaper elsewhere on Ebay, we will match that price. Please note, this guarantee applies to UK Ebay business sellers only, with 'Buy It Now' prices, and includes the postage cost. Auctions are not included, The part must be of comparable quality and specification. We reserve the right to withdraw this guarantee at any time, without notice.
If you find a part for sale that is cheaper, when taking into account the postage costs, please send us the details for us to investigate. If we agree that the part is of comparable quality, we will revise the price of the item.
VAT
We are a VAT registered company. Our VAT number is GB 121 2880 45. VAT is included in the final price of the item. For non EU customers, the VAT will be deducted from the invoice. If you are within the EEC VAT scheme, and can provide your VAT number, then the same reduction may apply. Local import duties are not included in our price or quote. Please check before you buy, as we do not cover these costs.
Selecting Your Part
If you are unsure whether a part is compatible with your vehicle, or you need some advice, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01603 721903 for help before buying. We will do our best to help you select the right product, and save the inconvenience of having to return an incorrect purchase. However, please be aware that we do not have the benefit of being able to see your vehicle, so can only offer advice based on the information we are given and the knowledge that we have.
Listings
We do sometimes use library pictures, however the part you will be sent will be as good as, or better, than the picture. We list each part as fairly and honestly as we can. If you would like further information before making a decision to purchase, we are happy to help.
Delivery
We deliver to the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Unless stated otherwise, all parts are available to be posted as soon as payment is received. Depending upon when the order is received, if before 3pm it will be posted on the same day, after 3pm will be posted the next day. Any purchases received after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will not be posted until Monday. All parcels are sent by a recorded or signed for delivery service and adequate insurance cover is included. We undertake to make all reasonable endeavours to dispatch the goods on the agreed delivery date but do not guarantee this. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whether arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery of the goods. Risk shall pass to the buyers address on delivery of the goods. The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 48 hours after delivery, and will need to carry out a thorough inspection of the goods within this time. Any defects which a reasonable examination would have revealed, should be notified within 5 working days. All parts are security marked.
Postal Delays
We provide tracking numbers for all parcels sent by Royal Mail or other courier. If your package has not arrived, please visit the website of the carrier and enter the tracking number in the first instance. Most packages will require a signature and will not be delivered if there is no-one home to accept it. Delivery will be attempted on the next working day. A card will be left, and you may call to make other arrangements. If you have made another delivery arrangement , and this fails due to no one being available to sign for the goods, the goods will be returned to us. A further delivery charge may be incurred to resend. Although we will do our best to ensure that your parcel arrives on time, we can not be held responsible for postal delays that are beyond our control.
Faulty/Damaged Parts
We carefully inspect and test all parts prior to offering them for sale. However in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or broken part please contact us immediately on 01603 721903 . Please do not attempt to 'fix' or fit to your car, as this makes it very difficult for us to establish how the fault has occurred. We will ask you to return the part to us for inspection. Once this has been received, and the fault confirmed, we will refund the original purchase price plus all postage costs incurred. We do refund or cover any additional expenses that may be incurred such as labour costs, or any other out of pocket expenses. If you would prefer, we can send a replacement part (if in stock) Please note, refunds will be issued using the same method as payment was made. Please be aware that all parts are security marked. If the security mark is not present, or has been tampered with, this may invalidate your claim.
Complete engines are supplied with a 30 day (or 1000 mile) warranty. It is important to ensure the cooling system is in excellent order before fitting your engine, and we recommend fitting a new radiator as most engine failure arise from blocked water ways and poor circulation. Failure to follow this advice may invalidate your warranty. If you experience any problem with your engine, it is important that you do not tamper or replace any parts, and contact us immediately for further instruction.
Returns & Refunds
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all EU consumers are entitled to a cooling off period of 7 days from the date of delivery in which they can change their mind. This applies to 'Buy It Now' listings only. If you would like to return an item, please notify us and return the item within 7 days. The return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and will not be refunded in this instance. Please note, refunds will be issued by the same method as payment was received. Your statutory rights are not affected. We reserve the right to deduct any postage expenses that we have incurred in processing the order, regardless of the postage paid by the customer in the first instance, as this may not necessarily reflect the actual postage cost we have incurred.

Our 90 Day Warranty
We offer a 90 day warranty for ALL parts that are purchased from us, with the exception of complete engines which are covered by a 30 day warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery. If you experience any problems within this timeframe, please contact us in the first instance. Any modifications made to the part will invalidate this warranty. This warranty does not cover any additional expenses that may be incurred such as labour or postage costs.
