Overseas buyers please ask about postal charges before committing to purchase,especially if you don't regularly buy from the UK, as postage to certain countries can be expensive.
All high end cosmetics, such as Nars, MAC, Bobbi Brown etc are sent by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery (selected high value items) for your protection in the mail system as well as ours.
This may also apply to "one off" or limited edition items that could not be replaced if missing.
Also multi purchases that total a higher value will also be sent by Recorded Delivery where possible. We pack everything really well - no skimping ! - ask our buyers !!
Buyers outside of the UK please please note from the payment instructions on our auctions that we accept PAYPAL only from overseas buyers.
We are not able to accept cash payments, Western Union or similar methods, or cheques other than those drawn on a UK Bank.
UK Buyers : I am pleased to accept Paypal, Personal UK Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer as payment methods.
UK -If you wish to pay by any method other than Paypal, please advise at the time of purchase.
Please note that there are some items on sale that are unable to be shipped to Germany or Italy.These items are usually unboxed cosmetics or most of the High Street cosmetics, as they don't originate with boxes.

I am very sorry to lose custom & cancel bids in these instances but I have to adhere to the rules & protocols that have been advised to me by eBay.
SHIPPING DELAYS
International packets can be subject to delays in transit at times,particularly when there are postal strikes or bank holidays over here or abroad.
Some countries receive their items promptly in around 5 - 8 business/working days or less, but shipping to some countries, even within the EU can take up to 14 days or more in rare cases.Worldwide,long haul can take a month in rare cases ! We have no way of knowing why this happens but Customs delays in clearing items is the logical reason.We will always send you a dispatch notification when we ship your item, but we do not have any control at all over the speed or efficiency of the postal delivery services here or abroad.
If you miss the delivery person, they will leave you a card to contact the delivery office & rearrange a deliveryAlternatively, you can collect the item in person, providing the appropriate ID.
A re-delivery can also be done online with Royal Mail these days.
If Royal Mail do not hear from a customer after leaving a card, after approx 7 days, they will return the item to us vis a regional returns office. This can take some time before we get the item back.We would therefore strongly recommend contacting the mail services promptly if they do leave you a card. We are pleased to assist by providing any further info that you may require.
SHIPPING LOSSES - Thankfully these are uncommon both overseas and in the UK, largely due to the fact that we send the majority of our items by Recorded Delivery, which can be tracked through your local delivery office;
We operate Royal Mail's policy for lost or delayed items, which is that they will not class any item as missing, severely delayed or lost until the following period of time has lapsed from the date of posting:
UK - 15 WORKING DAYS
OVERSEAS 25 WORKING DAYS.
We are unable to pursue any missing parcel with them until these timescales have passed - they will not under any circumstances reimburse lost items or look into these matters until their stipulated waiting time expires.This information can be found on their Website.
We will ALWAYS pursue missing parcels for our buyers, and request the most thorough investigation possible, using our contacts within Royal Mail to assist you, and whatever other means are available.
It is, however important to allow plenty of time for items to be delivered in accordance with the waiting time that Royal Mail work to for missing items.
OUR STORE POLICY FOR MISSING ITEMS
If an item we have sent out is missing in the mail we will send out our Missing Items Questionnaire to all buyers.This is required by our business and our accountant for all claims that we undertake on behalf of our buyers, and will be used to liaise with Royal Mail in order to prove claim for losses.
The form is very straightforward and requests you to sign to confirm details such as that you have checked with neighbours,family,housemates, about your missing parcel/packet.
We will then deal fully with the matter for you, & speak personally to your local delivery office, and give them full details about the parcel. We will then ask them to contact you, once they have spoken to the mail operatives on your postal walk.
Often neighbours take in packets and don't see the intended recipient for a few days, so at least this is always option number one to follow up. Once the form is received back by us, duly completed and signed, we will progress the claim on your behalf with Royal Mail at the appropriate time, as outlined in their Terms and Conditions.
I am sure you can appreciate that as an accountable business,we have to follow certain procedures in these situations & cannot just send replacement items out, without any investigation firstly taking place,particularly if there is a problem which can be traced to the delivery office.
Most of the time, a missing parcel arises due to Royal Mail returning the package to the delivery office, as the customer has not been at home to take delivery.This is very easy to rectify in most cases once we have spoken to them.
We do understand how frustrating and annoying it is when items that we post out so quickly to our buyers do not arrive when they should do, and we will pursue Royal Mail in order to resolve the matter, but adequate time initially must be allowed for postal deliveries & although we will always do everything we can in these circumstances, we do feel it is wholly reasonable to request that our buyers please firstly check with their immediate family,housemates, neighbours,workplace colleagues in the event of a missing item.
It is amazing how many do turn up, left with housemates,neighbours etc.
