Delivery Times.
All our items are sent to you via royal mail 1st class / recorded. Normal delivery times for this service is 1 to 2 days but could take longer depending on the postal service.
We will send your goods on day of payment upto 3pm Monday to Friday. If payment is after 3pm your item will be sent the following day. Payments made on saturday or sunday will be sent on monday (or tuesday if bank holliday)
Payment Methods.
Payment methods accepted are Paypal, Cheque or Postal Order (Payable to P Gallagher T/A petesonline.)
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE EMAIL BEFORE BIDDING / BUYING FOR POSTAGE COST, AND IS PAYABLE BY PAYPAL ONLY.
Items Not Received.
We will honour all claims for items not received, But please be aware that no claims will be considered until 15 working days have elapsed from the date of posting. ( Royal Mail Rule ).
After 15 working days have passed, and you have still not received your item/s we will be happy to either replace the missing item/s or refund you in full.
Fraudulent Claims.
Any attempt to claim for goods not received, when they have actualy received them. As stated above we will honour all claims, however, when we claim for the loss we will inform Royal Mail of the customers details. This will help them with the investigation into the missing item/s, and also adds your details to a database of addresses where mail has gone astray. If an unusually large number of claims come from the same address, Royal Mail can, and will blacklist that address, and can, and will conduct an investigation with the relevant law enforcement agencies.
