| A:Any item may be returned within seven days of receipt. Please note that you will have to pay the postage to return it to us unless the item is faulty. |

| A:Yes if buying more than one item from us, combine postage is available, and you will save on postage cost by combining your items. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We will post your order the same day if paid for before 3pm (Mon - Fri) Any order after this time will be posted the next working day. All items are sent to you Royal Mail 1st class / recorded And normaly will get to you within 1 to 2 days. (But please remember that this is subject to the postal service at the time of delivery i.e strikes etc.) |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:All our items have the postage and packing cost shown on the listing. But remember if buying more than 1 item postage discounts will apply. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes we do. But is payable by paypal only. And please email us for postage cost if not listed. |
| Q:Can I send you a UK cheque or postal order |

| A:Yes Cheques and postal Orders must be made payable to P Gallagher T/A petesonline. Please remember on receipt of postal order we will send your items same day. Cheques will have to clear first. |
