Frostycomputers.com does business and has personal interactions with MSI
almost everyday for warranty issues, product information, purchasing, shipping,
and just to talk with the folks there. Great people (usually very busy). I
actually use to work at MSI (on the inside) for about 2 years in Sales so I
totally understand the customer's point of view. I decided to started
Frostycomputers.com to help get the customer get the best of MSI products and
support. I know the ins-and outs of MSI, from the MSI laptop repair guys,
warehouse guys, the sales people, to the Director of MSI Headquarters. I know
where to go to get things accomplished for the customer with ease.
When you order from typical resellers/ etailers they mainly trade products, they
don't specialize, they sell anything from shoes, books, to computers, to
gardening tools. (ie amazon.com) Try asking amazon.com a specific
technical questions about MSI laptops, they really don't know what they are
selling most of the time.
Others usually refer you to the manufacturer if something goes wrong. For the
customer it maybe difficult to reach MSI (manufacturer) at times and they may
become frustrated if there is no instant solution to their problem.
Frostycomputers.com was started to bridge the gaps to make everything easy
between the customer and the manufacturer (MSI). To give out new product
information as quickly and as easily as possible. Frostycomputers.com
specializes in MSI laptops only. All warranty/ technical support requests can be
done directly thru frostycomputers.com or If we ever refer you to MSI, we will
make sure you are talking to someone specific, that you are comfortable with to
help your needs, not an answering machine.
