What is a Mix-tape?
A Mix-tape is a non-commercial product which contains a compilation of songs which are recorded and produced by DJ’s and producers. Traditionally this material would have been recorded onto a cassette and distributed in this format, nowadays this is provided on a CD.

How will my CD be packaged?
FreshMix CD’s produce and package our products using high quality products and materials. Maintaining the traditions and expectations associated with Mix-tape CD’s all CD’s are packaged in CD sleeves instead of jewel cases. Should you wish to receive your CD in a jewel case please contact us directly for further details.

What company will you use to dispatch my product?
FreshMix CD’s utilises a private business courier service in association with Royal Mail, all international orders are sent via airmail.

When will I receive my product?
Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
EU – 4-8 working days
ROW – Up to 14 working days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times from date of despatch, we endeavour to fulfil or improve on these times where possible. Unfortunately on occasion external forces may impact these times e.g. strike action, weather etc. we would like to apologise if this does occur. What is the returns policy?
FreshMix CD’s are happy to receive returns and provide a full refund for any products which is not working properly. Please note that refunds will not be completed until the product has been received.

Is the CD in MP3 format – Yes, all music files on CD’s are in an MP3 format.

Is this a copy made in your house – no freshmix is an established business our production and manufacturing facilities are based in Europe.

The CD's ("Mix-tapes") accompanying each purchase from our site is provided gratuitously to you, courtesy of the respective authorized DJ/Record Label/Artist-for promotional use only.  All fees paid to us are for promotional services, shipping/handling, and maintenance of the website and to heighten awareness of Mix-tapes as a principal marketing resource in the music industry. Upon executing a CD INSERT purchase from us you agree that you are not purchasing any rights to the accompanying Mix-tapes or the right to reproduce or redistribute any music, Mix-tapes or CD INSERTS received. FreshMix will NOT be held responsible for the amount of shout outs a DJ drops in their mixes or the sound quality of the material. Upon completing your purchase you agree to the above terms and accept that you will not receive a refund if any issues are in relation to the above.
