Neutral because the seller doesn't respond to messages! I ordered two irems, both arrived with damaged packaging (one box had been slashed with a blade, the other one end had been opened and then poorly sellotaped). Messaged seller immediately with photos of damage, no response! Next day messaged again ... No response! Utterly terrible customer services. One item is fine but the other item is missing a part (no doubt fell out the box during transit) and is useless!
