Dispatch

We dispatch Monday to Friday at 1pm. If your payment is recieved by 12 noon your goods will be dispatched same day either by Royal Mail signed for, special next day delivery or Parcel Force. We always email dispatch details if you do not recieve it please check your spam folder and ebay messages, If it is not there please let us know.

We know how frustrating it can be when your goods do not arrive on time. But we cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed or lost in the post.

The Royal mail will not consider an item lost or delayed until 15 days have past. If you think your item may be either lost or delayed and you need it asap we can dispatch again at cost if we have the same item in stock. you will then be refunded your original payment when we have the goods returned to us or the Royal mail accept liability and refund us.

We ship worldwide and only use insured airmail. Im sorry but we cannot advise on international delivery times.

Combined Postage

We can offer combined and free postage on many items please see the offer boxes on the left navigation bar. If your purchases do not qualify in any of the offers please contact us as we may be able to do something for you.

Please request a total for multiple purchases as we cannot refund the postage once paid.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason please request a return through your My Ebay page, please do not just return goods as different items go to different locations and this could result in you having a handling charge deducted from your refund.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt otherwise we will only offer an exchange or credit note which will be valid for 6 months.

We do not offer refunds on lingerie or hosiery due to hygiene reasons. We only refund on costumes if they are dispatched back to us on the same day you recieved them.

If you wish to exchange any goods this can be done upto 6 weeks after receipt as long as they have not been worn.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging or box.

Buyers are responsible for all postage and packaging charges.
