Placing an order is simple. You can either order online through our eBay store, following eBay’s instructions. Q) Can I order form outside the UK?

Q) Do you combine shipping?
Yes when you buy multiple items from Foot Shop Ltd we will add any additional items with no additional postage charges for standard delivery. Please note additional charges may be added if you don’t select “combine items” or “standard delivery” during checkout.
Q) Is the price correct?
Prices do vary within product styles, depending on the size and/or colour chosen. For the exact price of individual items, simply select the size and colour required and the correct price will display.
E.g. Red UK 12 may be £40, but a Blue UK 12 for the same style could be £25.
Q) What if I don’t like the product I’ve ordered when I receive it or it doesn’t fit?
All products (with the exception of underwear) are covered by our standard Returns Policy. This means you can return any unworn items to us within seven days for a full refund (minus postage costs) or exchange.

We sell footwear based on UK sizes supplied by our suppliers. Please be aware that European sizes vary between suppliers and the sizes marked on the soles of the shoes don’t always reflect the actual size of the shoe. Always try on items before sending items for return or exchange due to incorrect sizing.
Remember - everything you buy from us can be returned for a refund or exchange. This means if you are not 100% satisfied with any product, for any reason, within seven days, you can return it to us, unworn, for an immediate exchange or refund of the purchase price. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. We do ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you. Q) Do I have to pay postage on goods I return?
We do ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you.
If we were to offer a free returns service we would have to recoup this cost, either by increasing the price of our products or by increasing our postage and packing cost on outgoing orders. We would prefer not to do this as less than 15% of customers have to return goods to us.
Q) Can I add to my order?
Once you have paid in full for your order and received the confirmation email from eBay, you cannot add to your order. However, as all orders for delivery inside the UK are free it won’t cost you any more to place another order!
Q) I’ve ordered the wrong size/colour, what should I do?
Between the hours of 7.30am and 10pm Monday to Saturday we are regularly processing and packing orders, at our remote warehouse, that are placed on-line so there is a very short amount of time in which any changes can be made. If you do realise you have made a mistake we recommend that you call us on 01458 449033 (lines are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm and on Saturdays from 9am until 1pm). If it is too late for us to intercept and change your order, just follow our returns procedure and we will happily exchange them for you. Q) What if the goods I have ordered are faulty/damaged or I have been sent the wrong item?
If you think the goods you have received are faulty/damaged or if you have been sent the wrong item, please call our Returns Team on 01458 449033 (Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm) or email ebaysales@footshopltd.co.uk. In these circumstances we will send a pre-paid* postage label for return of the goods and arrange for replacement goods to be resent where appropriate.

Q) I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
Here at Foot Shop Ltd we aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt (Monday to Thursday only), however occasionally it may take up to 48 hours (we do not despatch at weekends or on bank holidays).
Delivery via Royal Mail in the UK usually takes 1 to 3 days, however from time to time due to delays in the postal service, delivery can take longer. Unfortunately we cannot assume a parcel is lost in the post until 10 working days have passed after it was despatched.
If your parcel was despatched and 10 working days have not yet passed, it may be worth you checking with your local Post Office to check that they are not holding your parcel for you – from time to time we do find that they have forgotten to put a card through the door to inform you that they have tried to deliver or the card has got lost.
Once 10 working days have passed from the despatch date, if you have still not received your goods please email us at ebaysales@footshopltd.co.uk and we will arrange for the goods to be re-sent if possible.
Q) Is it safe to order online?

Q) I’m ordering from outside the EU, do I have to pay tax?
If you are ordering from outside the EU and we are sending the goods you order to a non EU destination you will not be charged VAT on your order. However, you may have to pay any import duty imposed by your destination country. It is not possible for us to mark the parcel “gift” to avoid import charges.
Q) What size should I order?
When it comes to choosing your size you will be glad to know we have done all the hard work for you! Here at Foot Shop Ltd we have converted all our products into your normal everyday UK and EU sizes. Therefore you should simply choose your normal shoe size when ordering. We recommend you always try on any items you receive even if they don’t appear to be marked with the correct size.
