If for any reason you are unhappy with your item purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received your order.

The product must be returned in its original condition, with undamaged packaging,with any labels and tags intact and unused for a refund (excluding our delivery costs)

You will be liable for the delivery charge when returning the product and will be refunded if the item is found to be faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

Faulty items within 28 days of purchase will be replaced if in stock or refunded if out of stock.

Outside the 28 days, faulty items need to be directed to the manufacturer to exercise your warranty. Refunds will be given as money back or an exchange.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
