Shipping:

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. For EU Countries, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 working days. For Rest of The World its 7 to 10 working days.

Returns:

We guarantee against any defective products. A full refund will be provided for any defective or misrepresented items within 14 working days from the date of purchase.

Return policy is exchange only, buyer must pay return shipping fee for defect item, seller will pay resend shipping fee.

All the returns will be charged 25% restocking fee after 14 days of purchase.

We may not be able to refund in case item is bought in error by customer and replacement will be the only option.

Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item in original condition and packaging.

If the battery/electric related product has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or damaged altered the item will be not be returned.

We will charge the postage and packing cost in case (a) Refund or exchange due to customer purchase error or (b) Refund or resending due to unclaimed or incomplete address.

In the case of parcel lost in the way of posting, according to Royal Mail's policy, we will arrange second dispatch or full refund after 14 days from the date of dispatch.

We will not be responsible for delay due to postal strikes.

We can refuse any transaction due to lower rating /feed back or any other reason that may appear fraudulent etc.
