With Recorded Delivery items, if the consignee is not in when the item is delivered, the Post Office should leave a docket through your letter box, explaining this. You will have to collect your item or arrange redelivery at www.royalmail.co.uk. For Courier and Recorded Deliveries, we can track your status online. For all goods sent by 2nd Class Recorded, please allow 2 to 3 working days, we cannot guarantee Royal Mail Delivery dates, however, we do dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Please bare this in mind when raising late delivery queries. Under no circumstances do we duplicate orders that are still in transit or lost in the post.
