FLY53 offers a 'No Quibble Guarantee' on all purchases. This means anything purchased can be returned as long as it has not been worn unless the item is faulty.

If you are not happy with your unworn purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 28 days of receipt for an immediate refund.

In order to return items please email fly53@genieandthegeek.co.uk to obtain a Returns Management Authorization number (RMA). This must be quoted on your returns documentation.

Please ensure you obtain proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot refund until we have received the items.

If the item is faulty we will cover the cost of return postage so please be sure to include the receipt.

You will be refunded in full by your original payment method. Please note you are responsible for any Paypal charges incurred in the refund process.
