Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?

We currently ship to the whole of the UK, the standard UK delivery price is £2.99 or FREE with order values of £60.00 or more.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery to UK mainland is normally within 3-5 working days after placing your order. However, please allow 14 days before contacting our customer service department.

What will happen if I am out when the courier tries to deliver?

The couriers we use are signature based and require someone to be there upon delivery. If you are not there when the courier delivers they will leave a card and you can get in contact with them to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Can I track my parcel?

If the parcel has been dispatched by courier a tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. However shipments made by Royal Mail are not trackable.

What methods of payment do you take?

At present we only accept payment via Paypal. It is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay for all of your purchases.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

An email will be sent to you confirming details of your order. You will also receive a "Payment Cleared" email from Paypal indicating full payment has reached us for your order. Please keep this information safe for your own reference.

What’s your returns policy?

We hope you will be really happy with your products from us, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us unworn within 28 days for a full refund. We simply ask you to contact our customer service team by e mail for a RMA number.- please note we cannot offer exchanges for different products.

You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return which we recommend you obtain proof of postage.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

In the rare event you receive a faulty item, all you need to do is contact our customer service department by e mail FLY53customerservice@docdata.co.uk and they will advise you how to return the items to us.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item all you need to do is contact our customer service department by email FLY53customerservice@docdata.co.uk and they will advise you how to return the items to us.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

We aim to process a return within 48 hours of receipt and once it has been processed we will send confirmation. Please allow 14 days to receive your refund or exchange.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Unfortunately we are only able to offer a refund service, so please return your goods and re-order.

Can I exchange my item for a different product?

Unfortunately we currently do not offer this option on our eBay site. If you are unhappy with your item please follow the guidelines to return them to us.

What happens if an item I’ve ordered is out of stock?

In the very rare event that we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you by email to cancel the order and provide a full refund immediately via PayPal.

Do the prices advertised include VAT?

All prices shown on eBay are inclusive of VAT.
