Postage
• All items are posted out within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment
• Domestic items are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier, depending on size and weight
• International items (where appropriate) are sent airmail unless requested to be sent surface mail
• We will replace or refund any items lost or damaged in transit
• Please note, Royal Mail don't class items lost until 15 days have passed
Payment
• We accept PayPal, cheques, postal orders or cash on collection (where appropriate)
• Please pay within 3 days of auction end
• In the unlikely event of non-payment an Unpaid Item Strike will be filed against your account
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase*
• If items arrive damaged a full refund (including all postage) will be given once item arrives back
• Returns for other reasons will be accepted for a refund (minus postage costs) once the item is returned unused and in the same condition it was sent
• Please email before returning goods stating item number and reasons for return
• Recorded mail or other traceable means is required on returned items in order for refunds to be processed
*Doesn't apply to underwear, wigs, hosiery for hygiene reasons
