the item arrived broken at the edge I think because the packaging the case material was very brittle Pictures attached as sent to vendor . I immediately contacted them and after emailing them several times, the last one not answered after 2 days I still haven’t got a refund, they did offer me 50% which I refused, then said full refund if I gave them positive feedback…it’s was only £4.99 and it’s a shame because I liked the design but the case was so brittle….

When I ordered thought I was ordering larger case 6.8 but received 6.0 . Not opened packet as could see it was to small . Contacted seller to explain I had ordered the wrong size as not that clear on order form . 11th Generation , He said You got what you ordered . I agree I got it wrong but was hoping they could be helpful and maybe swap item or give me a refund . I guess at the end of the day it was my fault , no goodwill gesture won’t be using this seller again .

sorry u ordered wrong model. u ordered a normal Kindle (11th Generation) 2022 case but urs is a paperwhite Kindle (11th Generation) 2022.
