  • Payment

We accept PayPal, Postal Orders and Personal Cheques. Please include your eBay ID & your eBay Item Numbers for payment identification, when sending in your payment by postal order or cheque. Failure to provide your eBay ID & your eBay Item Numbers might result in the delivery delay.

Payments should be made within 7 days from the end of the auction. Non-paying bidders will be reported to Ebay unless arrangement agreed.

  • Delivery

We usually dispatch orders out in 1 working day via 1st class mail, unless stated otherwise.

Signed delivery is provided for orders valued over £42 without further P&P charge.

  • Insurance

Insurance is free. All postage receipts are well kept. In any case of parcel matter arising, we will do our best to request compensation from Royal Mail; after compensation is issued from Royal Mail, a copy of compensation letter from Royal Mail will be provided to customers. However please note as we offer free insurance, no imposed liability could be accepted by us; all we need from you is your patience with royal mail's claim system.

  • Return

We only accept returns for faulty items. Please do message via eBay for your return reference no. and the return address, before you post items to us.

Replacement or full refund are provided for faulty items; and your return postage will be compensated too.

1.The product must be like for like and be in stock

2. Claims are excluded for auctions, sales or promotions from other suppliers

3.Price Match refers to Compatible products only and not OEM products.
