 Faulty Products

  • In the unlikely event that the Item  that you receive is faulty, we will gladly replace the faulty title(We will refund if the item if I do not have replacement stock). You do need to return the faulty Item to us so I can return it to our supplier

 

My Item has not arrived yet

  • If you are concerned please email me for information and we can sort things out.
  • I ship all mail by Royal Mail - First Class in the UK and Airmail post to Europe and Overseas destinations. Delivery times for UK First Class Mail should be next working day but please allow up to 7 days for delivery before contacting us. European Mail should be delivered within 4 to 7 working days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery before emailing us. Overseas Airmail to countries outside of Europe should be delivered within 7 to 21 working days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery before emailing us.
  • All of our mail is insured against loss or damage in transit, so should the worse happen and your package has not arrived within  the time limits above, I will replace or refund the missing item.
