TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase.
We ask you to make a payment within 3 working days of purchase. We can only accept PayPal. Please note if payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer dispute will be filled.
All items are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. The only exceptions to this are Bank Holidays or Weekends. We will send an email notification to let you know the item is on its way.
When you receive your item please check it carefully, any faults must be reported within 2-3 days of receipt. Faults reported after this time will not be accepted. Your return must be agreed within 2/3 days of receipt. Returns must be received by us within 7 days of your receipt. The cost to return is at the expense of the buyer and is not refundable. Your return is subject to the goods being returned in the same condition, in which they were dispatched, all tags intact. They must not have been worn or washed. Any items received back not in a resalable condition will not be accepted for a refund and returned to you at your expense. When returning goods, we recommend that you send goods back by recorded delivery for your own security as we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for goods that get lost in the post. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and within 14 days.
Exchanges may be considered in certain circumstances, and will require an additional fee to cover postage and packaging.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel any order purchased online within 7 days from the day after delivery. Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 days of the day you receive the goods. Subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were dispatched, a refund will be given. Please note that the cost of returning the item to us will not be refunded.
