Q. How quickly can I get my order?
A. Most goods are sent same day Monday to Friday by 1st class post, so your order should arrive no later than 3 working days after your cleared payment. We also send a message to let you know your goods are on their way.
For busier days (particularly Monday's) we operate a fair despatch policy by date & time of purchase but all items will be despatched within 48 hours of cleared payment.
**Please avoid wherever possible contacting us just to ask for fast delivery, it takes valuable time away from processing your & other customers' orders**
If you need to guarantee next working day delivery, Select SPECIAL DELIVERY at checkout BEFORE PAYMENT by 2pm. You do not need to contact us for this service.
For UK Saturday guaranteed delivery - The Royal Mail surcharge must be paid by 2pm on the Friday. See our About ME page for rates or contact us for details.
Q. Do you have a RETURNS POLICY?
A. Yes, just return within 14 days in perfect unworn condition with any garment packaging/tagging intact.
Payment is refunded minus postage & a £2 restocking fee per article. Alternatively, first UK exchanges are free! (Full policy wording can be found at the bottom of each listing).
Q. What are the measurements please?
A. Just take a look in the listing description & you'll see a comprehensive size table & fitting information there. If any further measurements are required, please do not hesitate to ask & we can check during office hours Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm.
Q. I've not received my item?
A. We are very fast and accurate in our despatch systems so most commonly if your item has not arrived as expected, it is likely that the Post Office have failed to leave a calling card. We can check our postal records for any tracking number/delivery progress during office hours Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES VARY FROM 7 TO 21 DAYS. PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR YOUR ITEM TO BE DELIVERED BUT CONTACT US FOR YOUR TRACKING NUMBER IF YOUR GOODS HAVE NOT ARRIVED AFTER 14 DAYS.
Q. I can't find an item in my preferred size/colour, should I buy a different size/colour & ask for the item I really want?
A. NO, this only leads to disappointment & we still have to pay Ebay fees on incorrectly purchased items.
Some sizes sell more quickly than others, and EVERYTHING we have available is listed in our Ebay shop, so even if the listing shows more sizes available, if you can't see your choice in our Ebay shop then I'm sorry we're sold out but we do restock popular lines wherever possible.
