Delivery
We use Royal Mail to deliver your goods. Most items over £15 are sent by Recorded Delivery and will require a signature. If the value of non Recorded items exceeds £15 we reserve the right to send by Recorded Delivery at our own expense.
We aim to post out all items same or next working day after clearance of funds. This is not always possible at busy periods so if you do require an item urgently please email first to make sure your demands can be met. You will receive an automated 'dispatch' email when your parcel has been posted to you. If you do not receive this within 5 days we ask that you contact us.
Refunds/Exchanges
We want you to be happy with both our products and service. If you wish to return/exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Only 'Buy It Now' purchases can be returned. All auctions are final as we usually make a loss on these.
Returned items should be in saleable Condition. In short, this means that we should receive your returned item in the same condition you received it, in original untorn retail packaging. In detail, this means that worn items or items smelling of perfume, other odors or different in any way than sent out, will not be accepted, and will be sent back to you.
Please do not open any costume accessories until you have tried the costume on for fit. Any accessories that that come in separate sealed bags, for example stockings must not have been opened.
You must notify us within 2 days of reciept of your item/s and return within 7 days in order to be eligible for a refund.
You will receive a full refund on the cost of the item, postage and packing fees are not refundable.
All returns/exchanges must be notified and agreed in advance.
We reserve the right to reject any return if the above terms are not met.
Instructions for returning goods
Before returning anything you must contact us to let us know you are returning an item.
Please Include the delivery note or a copy of your email invoice with the goods. Send in appropriate packaging.
It is highly recommended that you send items back via a traceable service for your own peace of mind. You are responsible for the goods while they are being returned. Please note that returns are sent back at your own expense.
Unauthorised returns & items that do not meet the above returns policy will not be sent back to you.
Defective Items
If in the unlikely event that an item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible giving a full description of the fault and return it in the original packaging for us to inspect.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
