Terms and Conditions
* General
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Photographs of products are for information only and should not be taken as definitive. Colours shown in the picture may vary slightly from the product depending on the model of computer, browser used and display setting.
* Payment
We accept Paypal, Card Payment and Postal Orders at present.
*Returns & Exchange
We are happy to accept returns on all damaged items or mis-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Please contact us prior to sending back any items so that we can deal with your query as swiftly as possible.
A full refund less postage costs will be provided as long as:

You have informed us via email or phone within 48 hours of receipt that you wish to return the items;

The goods are returned within 7 days of receipt;

All items are returned in their original condition with the original paperwork enclosed;

Goods returned after 7 days for refund or without prior written notice will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item then a replacement or refund will be offered once we have received the item back at our office providing:

The original paperwork is enclosed;

Please note that all the replacement will be only sent once.
Anything returned shoud be well packed and in its original condition. We will not exchange or refund any opened packets or items damaged in transit back to us.
*Cancellation of Orders
To cancel an order that you have placed, you must inform us either by phone or email before 3pm on the same day. Orders cannot be cancelled after this time. Cancellation will automatically incur a 10% service charge for restocking and reallocation of goods.

The descriptions and images on this website are copyright protected. Do not use in any form without written permission from us. To do so could result in legal proceedings being taken against you.
*Collection
We are a 100% web-based marketing company and have no customer sales counter on the premises.
