Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Paypal, card payment and postal orders are the payment methods we currently accept.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card at your shop?
A: We use one of the world's safest card processing GATEWAY's to ensure card security. All credit card information is transmitted via secure industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption. Card details are used only for processing during checkout and no card details are ever stored in our database or accessible by our employees.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you offer bulk discount?
A: We will offer 3% discount for 15-49 items, 8% discount for 50-99 items, 12% discount for more than 100 items.
Q: How long does it take for my goods to arrive?
A: Usually delivery times for
UK: 1-3 working days
Rest of the word: 5-7 days ( could be longer if your parcel is subjected to Customs check). Please refer to our postage section in TERMS AND CONDITIONS for further details on our Couriers delivery times.
Q: What do I do if I receive the wrong order?
A: Contact us immediately by email or phone to arrange a return. Please note that we require the wrong order to be returned before we send you the correct/replacement order.
Q: What should I do if my order does not arrive?
A: If the goods have not arrived within the times sepecified by our courier for your area, then they may be lost. ( UK--- 14 working days, Europe--- 20 working days, Rest of the world--- 25 working days) If the item has been insured, we will offer you the following options:
Refund (Shipping and handling are not included)
or
Replacement (Please note that for any reason an item is no longer available a substitute of similar type and equal value will be sent in its place. All the replacement will only be sent once.
Q: Can I return or cancel my order?
A: We are happy to accept returns on all damaged items or mis-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Please contact us prior to sending back any items so that we can deal with your query as swiftly as possible. Unfortunately Swarovski factory packs once opened cannot be returned.
To cancel an order that you received, you must inform us either by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. Orders cannot be cancelled after this time. Cancellation of orders over £30 will automatically incur a 10% service charge for restocking and reallocation of goods.
Q: Can I combine orders in different currency?
A: Sorry, but we do not accept combined payment and postage for orders in different ebay site.
Q: What are the shipping and handling charges for?
A: They are to cover postage, padded envelops, toner ink, tape, paper, address labels, re-sealable bags, bubble wrap, labour and other associated over heads etc.
Q: Are the crystal beads genuine Swarovski products as you are selling them at surprisingly low prices?
A: All the crystals we sell over ebay and our own website, unless otherwise stated, are genuine Swarovski products.
