 | Q: How do best offers work? |
 | A: We accept best offers on most of our eBay store listings. You can enter a price you deem fair and in most instances, you will IMMEDIATELY be notified if it is accepted or not. The best offer option does not apply to auction listings, but you are welcome to e-mail us a price to end an auction early, if there is no buy-it-now price. |
 | Q: Combined shipping |
 | A: We do offer combined shipping. Typically, it will be at least the charge of the largest item and no more. Sometimes multiple parts will make a shipment larger and/or heavier and the shipping rate will reflect that. Buyer MUST wait until they are invoiced through eBay before paying to get a shipping discount. |
 | Q: Other forms of payment |
 | A: In addition to eBay's PayPal, we also accept money orders, cashier's checks, Moneygram and Western Union. Parts also may be picked up and paid in person from Tehachapi, CA |
 | Q: What is guranteed usable? |
 | A: We state most of our used parts are 'guaranteed usable.' This DOES NOT mean they are tested as in working order, just that we will take them back and refund ALL shipping and purchase costs if they do not work. |
 | Q: Why do we clean most parts? |
 | A: We clean most used parts we sell. Mostly because used pats sell for more, obviously! This also means the buyer gets a cleaner part and we inspect it during the cleaning process. Many times damage is uncovered during the cleaning process that may have been overlooked. Be wary of sellers who do not spend the time to know their parts! |
 | Q: Getting the high bid |
 | A: eBay uses Proxy bidding. You enter the most you are willing to pay, but eBay will only bid up to the next amount needed to be the high bidder. I.E., if you will pay up to $100 for something that is at $5, eBay will make your bid $5.50 and no more! Sellers DO NOT know how much you entered. Also check out esnipe.com for last second bidding. |
