We accepts returns on merchandise
for refund or replacement within 30 days from the purchase date.
A) If the return is because of our fault such as defective product or wrong item shipped, a prepaid return shipped label will emailed to you. Once the return is received, 100% of your purchase price will be returned, include the original shipping charge (if any). If the item is return for replacement, we will also pay for the shipping of sending you the correct item.

B) If there is no fault at our end, such as customer ordered the wrong product, or simply change idea. A 15% restocking fee will be deduct from the refund. The original shipping charges are not
refunded(if any).
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of returned item.
All products
returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and
packing materials, have original UPC codes on the products, contain all
manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation
provided by the manufacturer.
We strongly recommend you use reputable carrier with tracking number and full insure your return, as we are not responsible for lost return. For customer who received prepaid return label, the customer must use the said label to return the product. We will not credit or reimburse any shipping cost if otherwise.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned with valid service ticket # to eznsmart.com within one year from the invoice date, at eznsmart.com's discretion for: credit,
replacement, exchange or repair.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted valid service ticket # by eznsmart.com
within 30 days from the invoice date, at eznsmart.com's discretion for:
credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent
restocking fee.
Return procedure You must contact by
email or live chat to trouble shot the problem and obtain a valid service ticket # from eznsmart. Any return without valid service ticket # will be rejected.
BATTERY WARRANTY We offer a 1-year warranty on all of eznsmart
batteries and chargers. This warranty does not cover batteries that
have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient
conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse. We reserve the right to test any battery prior to
issuing a new replacement or refund. Warranty is void if the warranty
sticker has been removed or if any internal component has been altered
or modified.
