We take complaints very seriously. At Express Light when dealing with your complaint we will be Fair, Confidential, and Effective to resolve the matter as quickly as we can. We will acknowledge the complaint within 2 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute, always keeping you informed about progress.
