How can I pay?
Payment can only be made by PayPal, Bank Transfer or Phone.
To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address. Payment on 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately.
After your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email.
VAT invoice can be emailed on request.
Our listed prices include VAT at the standard rate.

When will I get my delivery?
Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force, unless expressly stated in the product description.
Most items will be sent out the next day but we aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of cleared funds. Parcel Force deliveries MUST be signed for.
Please note that we endeavour to get parcels over to you as quick as possible, however are not responsible or liable for any delay in transit e.g. on the part of the courier. These may be as a result of postal strikes or for any other reason.

How do I check the status of my order?
Depending on the postal method used, you may receive a tracking number. Using this you can keep track your order on the internet using the details we provide in your initial confirmation email.

You shall receive an email once the parcel has been dispatched.

What is your refund policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Nevertheless, if it is not suitable for any reason, we are happy to refund your purchase providing:

Items are returned within 30 days from the date you received your order

The product(s) are in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging and in the same condition as how you received it as you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and during transit. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned, and request that you ask the Post Office to stamp the Proof of Posting label when returning products by post.

Thereafter, upon receiving the product(s) back they shall be inspected and then (subject to the above):

We shall refund the order, less original shipping costs, whether charged or not, will be processed after the receipt of the returned item(s).

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and related insurance.

You have 30 days to return a product to us from the day you receive your product, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*.

(Please note: *This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.)

With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase after 14 days of receiving your order, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund. We will instead return your original purchase to you and prior to sending it out, you will be charged the delivery fee that is applicable to the postage for the item(s).

Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please ensure that you notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement.
If your item develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, please email us using the Contact Seller link on your purchase. A replacement/refund will be issued after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
Should an item become faulty after 14 days of purchase but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair or replacement, after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.

Incorrect Orders/Substitutes
We aim to ensure correct products are sent out however, in the unlikely event you do receive an incorrect order we are very sorry and please let us know via the contact seller link on ebay.
After we acknowledge your message via ebay we shall ask you to send the order back and we shall provide you with a reference number to attach or enclose in your return, and thereafter upon receipt we will send out the correct order. Please note that the item must be sent back un-used, undamaged and in its original condition.
Please also enclose proof of return postage so we can refund the cost of return back to you.

Custom made or modified goods
We cannot refund or accept returns of goods that have been tailor made, customised or modified as per your request or as part of your order, unless the product arrives damaged or faulty or has arrived to you in error on our part.

How do I return an item?
To return an order after contacting us and we have asked you to return a product(s), please use the address below. Please also enclose or write on the back of the parcel your return reference number which we shall provided to you.
We advise you to use recorded delivery, or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced. Parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded.

When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process refunds to your Paypal account within 2-3 working days of the goods being received back to us. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund.

What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?
At the time of the listings all items are in stock and available. Unfortunately in rare instances, we may not be able to fulfil an order. This may occur at busy periods when a lot of people are purchasing the same items.
In such an event we will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware of the issue.
We will aim to offer you an appropriate alternative, however if this is not suitable we will then offer you a full refund with our sincerest apologies.
Where multiple items have been ordered, we will still fulfil the rest of your order.
