Q. What forms of payments do you accept?

A. We only accept payments through PayPal.

 

Q. Which postal service will be used?

A. We always send out our products by Royal Mail second class sign for (UK & INTERNATIONAL Parcels)

If you would like goods to be sent 1st class or special  Next Day delivery please request a price sending us email

Tracking Number per request only. 

 

Q. How long will it take for the delivery?

A. We guarantee to dispatch within 1 - 2 working days from date of payment.

Delivery usually takes 2 - 5 working days to be delivered to the recipient within UK. For International customers it varies between 5-20 working days.

 

Q. Do you do Next Day Delivery?

A. Yes, we do accept Next Day Delivery requests at an increased postage cost. 

Q. I have not received my item?

A. Normally, Royal Mail delivers parcels within 1-2 working days. If it is not delivered by then, the recipient will have to wait for up to 15 working days (UK only). If the parcel is not delivered even by then, it will be confirmed lost. The buyer will either be issued a full refund or be sent a replacement subject to stock availability. International buyers will have to wait for 20 working days for the parcel's delivery.

 

If your order is too large to fit through the letter box or a signature is required when you are not home, your order will be sent to your local collection depot. You should collect it from there as soon as possible, if not it will be returned to us. We will have to pay to resend your order, therefore you will need to repay postage costs before we can post your order again

 

Q. What is your Returns Policy?

A. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the transaction date as long as the product is not worn/used with all tags attached. Once we receive the item in perfect condition, a refund will be issued directly into the PayPal Account. Please note we will not cover the cost of returning the items to us unless they are damaged or faulty. Please contact us before sending the item back. We advise you to use recorded delivery or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced, as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded by us.

We don't offer any guarantee on worn clothes /  shoes .
