PAYMENTS & DELIVERY

Payment must be made within 14 days and you must contact us within 7 days to confirm your purchase.

If these rules are not adhered to we agree to cancel this auction by mutual agreement. If a reasonable explanation is given for non-payment we will cancel a transaction. After 14 days if no explanation is provided for non-payment an unpaid item dispute will be opened. This will allow us to recover the fees associated with this listing.

Goods are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment being received. This does not include non-working days. If there is a problem in shipping your order we will contact you on the next available working day.

Postage will depend on the type of product purchased. We send items using Royal Mail and a Courier service.

Royal Mail

All parcels sent via Royal Mail are certificated and we obtain proof of postage. In the event of a parcel being lost in the post we will endevour to seek compensation from Royal Mail. However, we are not in a position to send replacement products unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit. Please see our terms of sale.

We send hundreds of parcels using Royal Mail and parcels being lost or damaged is rare. We rely on Royal Mail as much as our customers and if you would prefer peace of mind we offer the option of using a trackable courier service.

Courier

We use a 24 and 48 hour courier service that deliver on working days. We can arrange Saturday deliveries at additional cost.

Depending on the courier service selected delivery will be attempted within the specified time frame. If a delivery is unsuccessful the courier will leave a card stating this and delivery can either be rearranged, or depending on the courier used the parcel may be taken to a local depot or post office. If contact is not made with the courier within a specified time frame your item may be returned to us.

Some of our couriers send an email as soon as an item is on its way and this will provide an estimated delivery day. If the delivery is not made within this estimated time we should be notified immediately so that we can help in having your item redelivered.

When purchasing an item from us it is important that someone is available to receive the delivery. If our courier fails to deliver having fulfilled their obligations the parcel will be returned to us. In this case we will have to pass on the cost of re-delivery and associated administration fees to you. Any assistance you can offer in facilitating the courier would be helpful. For example if you have an unusual or difficult delivery address please let us know as soon as you have completed your purchase. We can put instructions on our delivery note to assist the courier. Delivery is made easier by providing a daytime telephone number.

When using a courier certain destinations incur additional charges for delivery. These include, but are not limited to, Northern Ireland The Channel Island, Scottish Highlands and other off-shore UK locations. The Republic of Ireland is considered an international destination by both Royal Mail and couriers so international shipping rates apply.
