Pre Order Questions

Q:How long will my order take to arrive?
A: If you are on the UK Mainland and you select Express Delivery its normally next day delivery if your order is placed before 4.00pm - but this is not guaranteed. Standard delivery is 1-3 days. We will email tracking details to your Paypal email address as soon as they are available. If in doubt email us.

Q: Will the parcel be tracked and insured and which couriers do you use?
A: Yes all parcels are tracked and insured and we use all the main couriers - City Link, DPD, DHL, TNT and Business Post.

Q: I live in Channel Islands, Highlands or Northern Ireland - how much is shipping and how long will it take?
A: Please email us for shipping costs before ordering - orders will normally take 2-3 days. Please do not select Next Day delivery if you live in these areas as we cannot guarantee this service.

Q: Can you offer any discount on the price listed on eBay?
A: Sorry - the margins are too tight to offer any discount - the best price is the price listed on eBay. If you want to buy in bulk then please email us for a quote.

Q: I need my order delivering to a different address - is this possible?
A: We can only deliver to the address you complete in the checkout. Please fill in your new address in the checkout when ordering.

Technical Questions
Q: Can you upgrade the RAM, processor or any other features on the item?
A: I'm afraid we do not do upgrades here - the items are sold only in the specs listed.


International Customers
Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
A: At the moment we do not ship outside of the UK and Ireland.


Once your order has been placed
Q: I have not recieved any tracking details?
A: All order confirmation and tracking numbers are sent to your Paypal email address - usually by 9am the morning after the order was placed - if you have not received these emails please check your spam.

Q: My order has not arrived - what should I do?
A: You should have recieved a tracking number - please check with the couriers website and call them for more details - if you are still having problems please email us straight away.

Q: My order has arrived but it is faulty - what should I do?
A: Please email us with the details and please contact the manufacturer immediately - click here for all our returns information.

Q: My order has arrived but I have changed my mind and wish to return it.
A: Only unused items can be returned within 7 days - please click here for full details of our returns procedure.
