Exchanges
We accept exchanges; however the best way to exchange is to return the unwanted item for a refund and buy the required size/item again, in case the item becomes out of stock.
Please note that we advise that ALL returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery and the relevant insurance cover undertaken to cover yourselves against non-delivery by your chosen courier.
- All returned items must be received by us within 10 days of receipt of your goods.
- Returned items must be undamaged in their original packaging with all labels, tags, barcodes still attached. Please do not mark the boxed item packaging.
- All items must be returned unworn with no evidence of scented deodorants or aftershaves.
- All items will be quality control checked on return.
- Please note all refunds will be made for the item value excluding postage costs, unless a faulty or wrong item has been delivered to you.
