PAYMENT:

Payments are accepted via Paypal only.

DELIEVERY:

Delievery will be dispatched within two buisness days of recieveing cleared payment.  Royal Mail Secound class Recoreded delievery will be used. Please allow 5-7 buisness days for recipet of goods.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Our main goal is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item, then please return to the returns address on your invoice. 

Returns can only be accepted on items, in a unworn condition, with all original tags.  If item is bieng exchanged, and additional postage and packaging charge will apply. 

Please note for a refund to be processed, DESIGNERJEANS4U99 must first recieve the product from the buyer before any refund can be iniated.  If item is faulty or damaged a return on postage will be given to the buyer.  However all damaged and faulty items need to be sent back to DESIGNERJEANS4U99 before any action can take place

We do request customers to contact us via email before sending back items.
