| A:Our Laptops and adapters are aimed purely at the consumer market, although we find we are very competitive we do not offer or welcome any B2B or any Trade / Wholesale Purchases.
There is a category for wholesale buyers in ebay, but we do not advertise there.
If you are a reseller please email first to save any high expectations you may have. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Any item found to be faulty we will simply try and arrange collection of the item, we would prefer to repair or replace but a refund would be provided if that is your preference.
Returns for reasons of your own choice is generally down to our individual discretion and you would have to pay the postage. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes of course, I am hoping to add so many more items, most new over the summer months and people may want more than one item, we generally use a courier so Shipping costs will not be higher, packaging of course does not grow in my back garden so there may be a charge to cover this. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Generally depends on the postage option used, I have surcharge if you require next day delivery (1-2 working days) as this does involve more work on my behalf. We always ask you what day is best for you to recieve the item. One thing we dont do is ever ship items on a Friday |
| Q:I Live in N.Ireland or Isle of Wight, why is this extra as its still part of UK |

| A:OK, We use courier firms such as TNT Citylink ect, They pass a surcharge on to us which I sometimes split the difference with the customer. It is not possible for me to use Post Office for Large or expensive items, as much as I want to welcome buyers from non mainland Britain, you have to understand this. | Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Internationally maybe, best to email first to confirm price and payment options. As a general Rule all items for sale are blocked to international bidder's. |
| Q:Can I collect any items and pay Cash |

| A:If you wish to collect any item it is fine with me so long as we can arrange it, sometimes I will need some notice to get items ready. Please note that Paypal is not an option for collection, it Cash only. |
