Once a Paypal payment is made we usually process and deliver the item within 1-3 working days (Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays do not count as working days). Always leave us a contact number for delivery purposes - LEAVE ON THE PAYPAL PAYMENT FORM UNDER 'NOTES TO SELLER' SECTION, WE NEED THIS NUMBER BEFORE WE PROCESS THE ORDER AND SEND IT WITH THE COURIERS. Items are delivered by Royal Mail, DPD or Palletways depending on the size of the item. Signatures are required for deliveries made by DPD or Palletways.. If no-one is in to receive the delivery and the item cannot be left with a neighbour, the item will be returned to the delivery depot and you will have to collect from there or organise re-delivery. There may be a charge for this. The driver is not insured or able to place the item anywhere else but the nearest point on your property to the road.

We are delighted to offer our customers a fantastic 14 days returns policy - some terms and conditions apply.
Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 14 days as per the Distant Selling Regulations. Customers must notify us by email or phone within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items.
Please be advised that the following charges may apply if you wish to return your goods if no longer required or the wrong item is ordered:
1. Incorrect sized item purchased (no longer required) will incur a restocking fee = Small Item (less than 25kg) £8.00 / Large Items (over 25kg) £20.00
2. Change of address once an order has been dispatched with the courier = £8.95
3. In the case, where you ask us to arrange collection on your behalf; where a pallet service is required due to its weight and size the charge is minimum £55.00 - £110 depending on collection postcode.
In these circumstances these charges would be levied from your original purchase cost at the point of refund.
Please note under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7 day cooling off period to inform us of your intent to return for the above reasons for which you shall be liable for the return costs.
