Refunds, replacements, repairs and exchanges.

Terms and conditions.

Where 'Us' and 'we' refers to EPOSGEAR.

Where 'You' refers to the customer.

 

Unwanted Items
You will have 7 working days after receiving your item to inform us you wish to return it.

The item should be in a saleable condition with all original parts & packaging.

You will be required to pay for the return of the item to us.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund you the sale full amount.

Should you wish to exchange it for another item we will refund/charge you the difference and dispatch you the replacement item(s) once the original item(s) have been received.

 

Unwanted returns beyond the 7 working days return period

After the initial 7 working days return period you will have 14 days to request a return.

Returns beyond the 7 working days return period will incur a restocking fee. The fee is 25% of the sale price which will be deducted from the refund amount.

The cost of sending you the product will also be deducted from the total refund amount. Please note that even products that state free delivery on the listing will still have the actual cost of sending the product deducted.

You will be required to cover the cost of returning the item to us.

Should you wish to exchange the item for another item in our range then you will incur no restocking fee but you will be required to cover the cost of returning the original item to us and sending out the new item.

 

If any item(s) returned to us that are deemed to be in an unsaleable condition, are missing parts or the package has substancial damage then we redeem the right to deduct a percentage from the total refund amount up to 100%.



Damaged Items

Items that arrive to you with obvious damages must be reported to us within 7 working days of receiving your item to entitle you to a full refund or exchange.

We will not accept refunds on damaged items beyond the first 7 working days after you receive the item.

We will cover the cost of returning the item to us and will refund you the full amount after we receive the item and have conducted an initial inspection of the damage.

Should we believe the damaged was caused by the customer then we may contact you to discuss the issue further before issueing you a refund. We retain the right to refuse a refund in certain circumstances.

Should any items which we believe were present at delivery be missing then we retain the right to refuse you a refund until all items are accounted for.

 

Faulty Items

Any faults incurred during the first 30 working days after receipt of your item will be handled by us.

We will arrange for the collection of the item(s) and examine the fault.

If upon receipt of the item there is no fault present then you will be required to cover the cost of sending the item to us and returning it back to you.

If upon receipt of the item we believe the fault was caused by the customer then you will be required to cover the cost of sending the item to us and returning it back to you.

Any legitimate faults that were not caused by the customer will either be fixed by us or we will dispatch you out a replacement.

If we can not fix the item within 7 days we will dispatch you a replacement and retain the original item(s).

 

Any faults incurred beyond the first 30 working days after receipt of your item will not be eligible for repair or replacement by EPOSGEAR.

We will where applicable assist you in contacting the manufacturer to claim on the warranty.

 

Missing Items

If you have not received your item you must contact us within 10 days of your order being dispatched to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Any requests beyond the 10 day period may or may not be accepted.

Orders outside the UK will have 20 days from the date of the order being dispatched to report the item missing.

Depending on the nature of the item we may first contact the delivery company in question to request further information, this process usually takes no longer than 48 hours.

Should we be unable to locate your items we will either process you a refund or send you a replacement but this will depend on the specific circumstances and the nature/price of the item in question.
