We offer flexible delivery options for most in-stock fashion,

Choose from one of the following flexible delivery options:

•         Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery) (1-2 Days)

•         First Class (Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) (2-3 Days)

•         Envy Boutique Economy Delivery (3-5 days)

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase, however, Next Day Delivery is not available on certain items during Sale or festive or bank holiday periods. To avoid disappointment please check delivery information for each individual product at the point of purchase.

What qualifies for free delivery?

You enjoy FREE delivery on all items if your invoice value is more than £100, offer is valid only for the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands customers.

How long will my delivery take?

Most in-stock items are delivered within 48 hours to most mainland UK addresses. You will be advised of the exact delivery timescale at checkout.

What if I miss my delivery?

Don't worry if you miss the delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with contact details on it for you to call and arrange another delivery day or to collect from Royal Mail Depot within 6 working days. If the item in not collected within 6 days then it will be returned to Envy Boutique. However, we takes no responsibility if the item is lost in return postage.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Simply go to service provider website (Royal Mail) and track your order with the tracking number provided. This service is only available within the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands customers.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

We send most of our items with the tracked mail, which require signature at the time of delivery. If you are out when your delivery arrives (and your items do not require a signature), Driver will leave the goods in a safe and secure location.
