Elephant Inks dispatches all goods within 1-2 working days by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery.  Delivery should therefore be expected within 2-4 working days.

Damaged Orders

Any damages must be reported (to enquiries@elephant-inks.co.uk) within 7 working days of receiving your order. Elephant Inks or Royal Mail may request that the damaged items be posted to them for further investigation.  Damaged items will be replaced and your return shipping costs refunded.

Refund Policy

Customers can return their order within 7 working days after they have received their goods.  The intention to return must be notified to enquiries@elephant-inks.co.uk. The item must be in saleable condition and the package unopened. A full refund will be given once the goods are received. The customer must obtain proof of posting from the Post Office or delivery company. The cost of returning the goods is payable by the customer.

Non-receipt of Goods

Elephant Inks uses Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (within the UK) and International Signed For (Internationally).  Both of these services are reliable and traceable but very occasionally, items do get unreasonably delayed or lost.  If you are concerned about the time taken to receive an order, please contact us at enquiries@elephant-inks.co.uk and we will promptly investigate.  If it is found that your item has been lost or unreasonably delayed, we will ship a replacement immediately.  Where items have been lost or unreasonably delayed, we may require that customers provide information to support a claim by Elephant Inks against Royal Mail or the International Delivery service used.
