ElectroZone's shipping information and policies |
 |
Where can ElectroZone
ship to?
ElectroZone ships to physical addresses in the 48 U.S.
States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US
Territories outside of the 48 contiguous states, freight
forwarders, or any overseas address. Additionally, we do not
ship to hotels, motels or other places of temporary
occupation. |
 |
What is order
processing time?
Our normal business hours are from Monday through Friday,
9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time. We are closed on the weekend,
and most major holidays. It takes up to two business days
for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Please
note: processing time is not the same as transit time (see
transit time details below). Orders placed on Friday after
our cutoff time will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping companies do not do pick-ups or deliveries on the
weekends. Please plan ahead! |
 |
How long will
shipping take?
It depending on the item, and how it was listed on eBay, and
your relative location to the warehouse where we ship from.
Note: we have multiple warehouses located across the US. We
cannot say in our listing exactly where it will ship from,
because inventory is moved around and changes quite often.

What's a business
day?
A business day is a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or
Friday not including major holidays that fall on those
weekdays. When calculating shipping transit times or making
an estimation regarding the arrival of your order, remember
to only count Business Days. For example, if a package is
shipped via 2-Day Air from ElectroZone and the carrier picks
it up on a Thursday, the first Business Day in transit would
fall on Friday and the second Business Day would fall on
Monday. If you have any questions about our Estimated
Arrival dates, Business Days, or any other shipping related
questions, please contact us at 323-930-2502. |

Overweight/Oversize
Shipping
Due to the size and/or the weight of some products, they
must be sent by Common Carrier Freight. These products
exceed the standards of a shipping company such as Fed Ex or
UPS. A Common Carrier Freight company is equipped to handle
shipments that exceed the weight and/or size limitations
that companies such as Fed Ex & UPS have. They have multiple
choices on delivery vehicles, equipment such as trucks with
Lift-gates, Stair crawlers and more. Also, if your shipment
requires a delivery team of more than one person you can be
assured that a Common Carrier Freight company can meet these
needs. |
| Our
normal Common Carrier Freight delivery is a "curbside"
service. Which means that the item is simply dropped off at
your home and will require your signature. FOR
TELEVISIONS ONLY: We can offer upgrades in Common
Carrier Freight including delivery into your home, unpacking
and carton removal. There is an additional charge for these
services so please call us toll free at 323-930-2502 and we
can supply custom pricing to you for these additional
charges.
Freight TV Shipping Policy:
Please read this entire
section to understand our freight/LTL TV shipping policy and
delivery process. Frieght/LTL shipping applies to all plasma
panels and LCD/LED/DLP panels over 42" in size.
Our free shipping arrangement is for curbside delivery only.
This means that the customer is responsible for getting the
television from the curb into his or her residence. If your
delivery driver offers to take the television into your home
or building, the shipping company may charge you for that
service.
After your order is processed at ElectroZone, and the
shipment is on its way, the shipping company will contact
you to set up a delivery time. You must be present to sign
for your television when it arrives. When you do receive
your TV, please check the box and the TV carefully for any
obvious signs of damage. If the television is damaged,
refuse the shipment and call ElectroZone at 323-930-2502.
Also, please write on the delivery receipt the reason for
refusal.
If only the box appears to be damaged, please remember that
we guarantee the condition of the item, not the box. It is
encouraged that you open the box in front of the driver to
inspect the unit inside. The box is designed to protect your
unit inside, so it may have signs of wear or damage. This is
sometimes okay. It's best to open the box and remove the
packaging to inspect your unit inside before making your
decision. If you accept delivery please note any damage
on the delivery receipt. If you refuse the shipment and
there is nothing wrong with the television, you will be
charged the return shipping costs. If you accept delivery,
open your box, and allow the television to warm to room
temperature before you plug it into a power source (usually
4 hours). After you have plugged the TV in, make sure
everything is in good working order. Any claims for
concealed damage (not seen before accepting delivery) must
be made with ElectroZone within 48 hours of receipt. |
