QUESTIONS

EMAILS
We try very hard to answer every pertinent email that we receive. Please allow 48 hours for an answer. Generally we answer emails within 24 hours.
CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally we cancel the bids of a bidder that has troubling feedback. We do not cancel bids on new eBay members as we follow eBay's philosophy that people are good in nature.
YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT
Buyers who do not follow up with their responsibility to purchase for ANY REASON will be entered into the non-paying bidder program and will be issued a negative feedback. This will result in, or increase the likeliness, of an eBay suspension. Furthermore, Electronics For Less will leave negative feedback if the bidder does not communicate within FIVE DAYS following the close of the auction. We will NOT tolerate inaction. Please understand, it causes us to lose valuable time and money.
SHIPPING & HANDLING (S/H)
In most auctions, we create a fixed S/H cost for simplification matters.
We use reliable, insurable carriers for shipping our items. If the S/H is not fixed, please provide your postal or zip code before bidding if you wish to know the shipping costs. If not, EFL must include the shipping fees on the invoice after the auction, without previous correspondence.
‘S/H’ stands for ‘shipping & handling’. S/H is a combination of shipping, packaging, administration and labor. We do not inflate our prices. We try our best to give buyers an idea of the S/H costs on the auction ad; however, please ask for a quote if you wish to know the exact cost. Please fully understand the payment details and S/H details of the individual item you are interested in. All quotes are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
CANADA AND 48 LOWER UNITED STATES ONLY
DO NOT BID if you do not live within Canada or the lower 48 United States. We only ship within USA (lower 48 states) and CANADA. Absolutely NO INTERNATIONAL shipments whatsoever – this includes shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states. Please do not send emails regarding this, as they will not be answered.
LOCAL PICKUP
In most cases, local pick up is available for free to save money on S/H. If the auction does not mention local pickup, it is NOT offered on that item for free.
PAYMENT FOR MERCHANDISE & TAXES
Canadian buyers pay applicable sales taxes:
• 7% GST for all Canadians
• Ontario residents must pay 8% PST+ 7% GST
All Canadians must pay some tax, even if the auction is listed using US dollars.
Electronics For Less accepts payment using:
• PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, eCheck)
• International Money Order
• Cashiers Cheque
Payments must be completed within 5 days following the close of the auction. Electronics For Less ships within 4 business days after payment confirmation.
US CUSTOMS
We are obligated by law to include the correct costs on all paperwork traveling over the border and therefore maintain no responsibility for fees, if any, charged by US customs. These fees, if any, are not included in fixed S/H charges, nor quotes provided by us.
CONFIRMED ADDRESS & PAYPAL - NO PO BOXES PLEASE
Items of considerable value may only be shipped to:
• Buyers with 'PayPal confirmed' addresses (USA only)
• Buyers paying with money order or cashiers cheque / confirmed (USA or Canada)
• Buyers with high, positive feedback ratings (USA or Canada)
Signatures are always required upon delivery of our items.
RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY
All sales are final. We guarantee the item as described in the ad. Most EFL items come with a 90 day product warranty. Please ask about specifics as product coverage varies. Consumables, including batteries, cables, wires, etc. are not covered by any warranty. Please enquire whether the warranty is available for you before bidding.
