If you do not receive your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your dispatch notification, please contact us and we will advice of shipping method used.
Please ensure you postal address registered with eBay is correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete postal addresses.
Items dispatched via Royal Mail are usually delivered within 1-3 working days. We have noticed that postmen do not always leave a calling card if no one is available to receive the parcel; the parcel will then be taken to your local Royal Mail Depot where it will be held for up to 3 weeks, before being returned back to us. If you do not receive your parcel on time, please contact your local sorting office and enquire for your parcel, which was dispatched from G5 8EP, with a postage paid ID HQ36847.
